Mark F. Winn writes a bi-monthly column in the “Bluffton Sun”, formerly called the “Bluffton City Sun” in Bluffton, South Carolina. He is also a frequent guest on Cumulus Radio Station WBMQ AM630 out of Savannah, Georgia. On the Media page, you can listen to live episodes of his “Ask the Expert” show or read columns written and published in the “Bluffton Sun”.
Mark was the only attorney in the state of South Carolina in 2011 to be recognized in the areas of trusts and taxation."
Mark F. Winn has a unique education in this complicated and multi faceted area of the law. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Villanova Law School in 1997. Mark then went on to earn his Master of Laws (Legum Magister or LL.M.) degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002
This degree is one full year of study post law school. A law degree is a prerequisite to be considered for admission.
Mark F. Winn started his Estate Planning, Trusts and Estates law practice in 2003. Since then, Mark has helped hundreds of clients throughout the Lowcountry. Mark F. Winn gives each of his clients close personal attention.

Bluffton Attorney Mark F. Winn, Master in Estate Planning, concentrates his law practice in Estate Planning and Asset Protection in Bluffton, (near Hilton Head Island), and surrounding areas of South Carolina.
He counsels clients on how to use the law of Trusts to: protect and preserve their assets from unnecessary taxes, lawsuits, loss to in laws in divorce, and unnecessary probate.

About Thomas Kersey...
Thomas M. Kersey is a lifelong resident of the Low-country. He will be graduating with high honors from Armstrong Atlantic State University with a Bachelors in Liberals Studies and Legal Studies (Pre-Law) in the Fall of 2012. He will then attend Law School wile maintaining a position as Legal Assistant to Mark F. Winn. After law school he has plans to stay with Mark F. Winn, PLLC and become a partner within the firm.
