What is CrossFit?
Our CrossFit is a group class that focuses on Gymnastic, Cardio, and Weightlifting. This Program's emphases is a Strength bias
and is constantly varied throughout the week. Our program lasts 50 to 60 minutes and revolves around function movements that are performed at a relatively high intensity. All Workouts in CrossFit are infinitely scaleable and can appeal to any individuals age, health, and or current level of fitness.
