What is CrossFit?

Our CrossFit is a group class that focuses on Gymnastic, Cardio, and Weightlifting. This Program's emphases is a Strength bias 

and is constantly varied throughout the week. Our program lasts 50 to 60 minutes and revolves around function movements that are performed at a relatively high intensity. All Workouts in CrossFit are infinitely scaleable and can appeal to any individuals age, health, and or current level of fitness.

What is ICT?

ICT (Interval Circuit Training): This "BootCamp" Style Program primarily focuses on leaning out and is gymnastic and cardio based. This 50 minute circuit, involves functional movements such as squatting, jumping, pulling, and pushing. ICT is a similar format to our CrossFit Group class, however tends to involve less barbell movements and is more cardio efficient.
