Nutrition Tips

1 To curb your sweet tooth in late night hours, think "fruit first" and try to pair it with a nut butter or a small handful of nuts.

2. Usse frozen or canned fish and poultry for aquick and easy meal, but choose options canned in water and watch for sodium content.

10 Burpees to 6" target 6-8 Toes to Bar 2 min Warmup/Practice HSPU

WOD 1:

AMRAP in 30 minutes: 150 m sprint (exit sign) 5 Deficit HSPU (hardest possible) 10 Toes to Bar 15 Burpees to 6" target

rest 3 min

Cooldown: 600 m run

ICT

General WU: Coaches Choice

Specific WU: 1x 5 reps/movment +150 m run

WOD 1: 24 min EMOM :45 sec work/:15 transition

station 1: dips on box

station 2: slam ball (20/15)

station 3: plank to pushup

station 4: resistance band squat jumps
