In teams of 2 Complete:

800 m run (big square)

50 Thrusters, (95/65) 50 KBS, (53/35)

50 bumper burpees (25/15) 600m Run (stop sign) 40 Thrusters, (95/65) 40 KBS, (53/35)

40 bumper burpees (25/15) 400m Run (state of mind) 30 Thrusters, (95/65) 30 KBS, (53/35) 30 bumper burpees (25/15)

200m Run

--Run together, portion reps how you like--

-rest STICTLY 7 min-

WOD 2:

In teams of 2 Complete:

1000 m row for time

switch after 500 m
