120 KB G Squat - 53/35 (switch every 15 reps)

120 Burpees (switch every 15 reps)

120 KB G Squat - 53/35 (switch every 15 reps)

120 KB Swings - 24kg/16kg (switch every 15 reps) 120 Calorie Row (switch every 15 Calories)
