Specific WU:

Run 200 meters (exit sign) 10 Burpees WOD 1

AMRAP in 20 minutes: 15 Burpees 5 pullups w/towel OR :30 Towel hang Run 400 meters

MIdline Work: 2x: 60-90 second Front Plank Hold 60-90 second Side Plank Hold/Side 60-90 second Hollow Hold

ICT

General WU: Coaches Choice

Specific WU: 5 min to work on progressions for movements

WOD 1:

12 min EMOM :40/:20

min 1: HS HOLD

min 2: 2 KB farmers Carry (53/35)

min 3: Slam ball (20/15)

min 4: plank on rings

300 m run recover
