General WU:Coaches Choice

Specific WU:

Run 200 meters +

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 10 Burpees

Prep

SDHP 2X8 reps

Build to workout weight

WOD 1: In teams of 2 complete

3 rounds for time: Run 800 meters together 50 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95/65) 25 Bar Facing Burpees

*MUST switch after every 5 reps*
