Specific WU:Warmup/Prep each movement in workout

WOD 1:

4 sets for max reps: 1 minute max strict pullups 1 minute rest 1 minute max Strict Dips 1 minute rest 1 minute max weighted abmat situps 1 minute rest 1 minute max Box Jumps w/ step down (24/20) 1 minute rest

-If big class, athletes stagger stations-

Post total reps for each movement to comments.
