General WU: Together
Sepcific WU: In 12 min complete
2x Run 200 meters (exit sign ) 10 bumper burpees (25/15) 10 Wall Balls 10 T2B
WOD 1: In teams of 2 complete 3 sets of: Partner 1: Run 600 meters Partner 2: AMRAP 7 bumper burpees (25/15) + 7 Wall Balls + 7 Toes to Bar
When Partner 1 returns from the run, switch places. Complete 3 sets each.
SCORE= Total team completed rounds combined
rest 3-5 min
WOD 2: In teams of 2 complete 8 min MAX meter Row, Switch when you like but one athlete CAN NOT row more than 400 m at once time.
