General WU: Coaches Choice

Specific WU:

Run 400 meters + 10,8,6 KB Swings 10,8,6 KB Goblet Squats + Run 400 meters

WOD 1:

In teams of 2, For time: 8 rounds of 8 KB Swings (53/35) + 8 KB Goblet Squats 800 meter Run -together 6 rounds of 6 KB Swings + 6 KB Goblet Squats 600 meter Run-together 4 rounds of 4 KB Swings + 4 KB Goblet Squats 400 meter Run-together

--one works, one rests, partner A round +Partner B round = 1 round

WOD 2: 8 min 3 person partner 200 m relay AMRAP (CrossFit sign to exit sign)
