General WU: Coaches Chocie

Specific WU: 150 m run +

6 min to build to WOD weight In teams of 2 complete: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of: Hang Squat Clean Thruster, 135/95 150m Run after each set. Example: Partner 1 does the ten reps + 150m Run. Once Partner 1 returns from the run partner 2 does the 10 reps + 150m Run.

Cooldown: run to river (.7 miles)

INTO

10 shuttle sprints

run to gym (.7 miles)

ICT 9 am w/Martin:

General WU: Coaches Choice

Specific WU: 300 m run+

10 reps/movement

WOD 1:Complete in any order possible

1 mile run (big square 2x)

100 weighted abmat situps (25/15)

50 KB step up (53/35)(24/20)

50 burpees to 6 inch target
