Loading Guidelines: Set 1: 3 reps @ 50% 1RM Set 2: 3 reps @ 60% Set 3: 2 reps @ 70% Set 4: 2 reps @ 80% Set 5: 1 rep @ 85-90% Set 6: 1 rep @ 90-95% Set 7: 1 rep @ 95-100+%
WOD 1: 3 rounds for time:
50 Air Squats 7/5 Muscle Ups Row 300/250 meters
