General WU: Coaches Choice

Specific WU: 2 sets: 15 airquats 15 Situps 10 Strict Pullups (sub 3-5 negatives or 10 Ring Rows) 10 KB Swings 10 Burpees

WOD 1: For time: Row 1500 meters OR 1600 run 100 KB Swings (53/35) 50 Burpees
