Under Armour's newest commercial, with this guy... Yup, this 22-time Olympic medalist came out of his 20-month competitive retirement in April 2014 from rehab. His comeback to the 2016 Rio Olympics will surely be worth the watch.

CrossFit

General WU: Coaches Choice

Specific WU: 3x5 ascending to Press weight

Strength: In 15 minutes complete, 5 sets of: Push Press x 5 reps

Goal today is a good, strong set of 5, not neccesarrily a 5 RM.

If you feel good, go for it!

WOD 1: Five rounds for time of: Run 400 Meters 10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups or L-Seated Dumbbell Press 10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

ICT

General WU: Coaches Choice

Specific WU: in 6-8 min complete 10-12 reps/ movement

WOD 1: For Time with a Partner: 30 min AMRAP 12 Slam Ball (20/15) 12 Burpee 12 KB SDHP (53/35) 12 abmat situps

150 m run *Each Partner will alternate movements, one partner working at a time.
