5.21.16 Workout of the Day

CrossFit/ICT: Today, the gym will be closed.

We will be hosting a fundraiser "Amazing Grace" at the Bluffton HS Football field from 9-11 am sharp.

All surrounding CrossFitters, athletes, students, families, and friends of all ages are highly encouraged to come out to compete and raise money for the Dewey and Sulak families.
