General WU: Coaches Choice

Specific WU: 15 barbell OHS+:30 sec bottom hold

Strength: Every 2:30 minutes, for 15 minutes (6 sets): Overhead Squat x 2-4 reps, ascending

WOD 1: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of: 150 m run 10 Alternating One-Arm Dumbbell Snatches 10 Box Jump Overs

-Goal is 4+ rounds-

Midline: Coaches Choice

ICT.. This is a fast WOD so pick up intensity!

General WU: Coaches Choice

Specific WU: 1 round of WOD at 60 %

10 single-arm KB thruster (53/35)/scale=2 hand front rack thruster

20 abmat situps

300 m run

Midline: Coaches Choice
