Happy Thanksgiving!

We, at CrossFit 843 are thankful for all of our member's loyalty, dedication, and community you have built over these last 4 years. Thank you all for your participation in all community events and for your continued effort in becoming better Crossfitters and better people everyday. Class Schedule:

7:15 and 8:30 classes. Please be on time.

9:45 Annual Beer Mile BYOB

CrossFit and ICT

General WU: Coaches Choice

Specific WU: Take 8 minutes to coordinate teams and

to complete 10 reps/movement at 60%+150 m run

In teams of 4, complete 30 min AMRAP of

15/12 Calorie Row or Assault bike

150 m run 15 Burpees 15 BJ (24/20)

Teams get one rower and one box. Teams establish an order and line up behind their erg, maintaining that order for the workout. Athletes may not move to the next station until the athlete in front of them has finished their reps.

SCORE= Total team rounds+reps
