1. Run Conditioning At the 0:00 minute mark, run 1.25 miles (to the river and back)

*the faster you and your partner run, the more time you have to rest to start "2."

At the 20:00 minute mark in team of 2 complete:

2. Conditioning 20 minute ARMAP : Teams of 2: 10 Calorie Row 10 Power Snatch (95/65#) 10 Wallballs (20/14#) 10 T2B *Full rounds, then change partners

**Please be on timed be prepared. We have a lot to cover today**

ICT
