Run Conditioning:

3 rounds of 5x200 m run

:20 rest after first 4 sets, 1:00 rest after 5th

Gymnastic 15 minute EMOM

min 1: 30-60 DUBS

min 2: 6-10 HSPU

min 3: 3-6 MU/ strict PU

Midline: GHD work

ICT

WOD 1: In teams of 2, complete 30 min AMRAP alternating rounds of:

100O m run cash in -together

INTO

7 pullups

7 pushup

7 air squats
