2. Conditioning "Diane" 21-15-9 Deadlift (225/155#) HSPU

ICT

WOD 1: 14 minute EMOM

ODD: Sprint 100 m

EVEN: 8/6 cal row

-rest 2 minutes-

WOD 2:14 minute EMOM

ODD: 8 burpees

EVEN: 8 pullups

-rest 2 minutes-

(work no more than :40 seconds)
