Conditioning In Teams of 2 complete 4 RFT of:

30 cal row/bike

30 burpee BJ over (24/20)

-partition reps how you like-

ICT

W0D 1: 2 sets of:

Tabata Cal row

Tabata Bumper G2OH (45/25)

Tabata Shoulder Touches (lf+rt=1)

-1 minute rest between stations-

-2 minute rest between sets-

SCORE=lowest reps per tabata combined

Cooldown+ Midline: In 8 minutes, accumulate 50 abmat situps+300 m run/row+

2 minutes prone plank on elbows
