1.Run conditioning

3 sets of: 4x 200 m :20 rest Rest 1 minute rest between sets

2. Barbell Conditioning

In teams of 2 complete "Double Grace"

60 C&J (135/95) for time

-At the start of the WOD and top of every minute complete

5 in-synch burpees-

ICT

Conditioning:

In teams of 2 complete as fast as possible in any order you like of:

200 cal row

2000 m run- together

200 burpees over PVC pipe

Midline: 5 minutes
