1.Strength: Back Squat (80%/4)3
2. Conditioning AMRAP 13: 15 Deadlifts (135/95#) 12 Hang Power Cleans 9 Front Squats 6 Push Jerks 3 Thrusters
Cooldown: 600 m run
ICT
Conditioning: In teams of 2 complete 30 minute AMRAP of:
200 m run-together
30 front rack DB step ups
40 alt DB snatches (50/35)
-One DB and one Box/team
-partition reps how you like-
Midline: 5 minutes
