2. Partner Sprint conditioning :

200 m run x 5 sets (one works one rests, each sprint 5x

SCORE= total team time

ICT

1. Conditioning

27 min EMOM (score as "tabata; format)

min 1: 30 sec cal row

min 2: 30 sec Hand release burpees.. toes MUST stay on ground

min 3: 30 sec cal row

*You will be randomly selected a partner today. You will combined your score for a team total.*
