Richard Snyder visiting Annie Thorsdottir's gym, CrossFit Reykjavik, Iceland. First stop on a 2 week CrossFit tour from Iceland to Copenhagen to Prague than onto London. Pretty damn cool kid! Safe travels.

1. Conditioning Teams of 2 25 minute AMRAP : 15/12 Calorie Row/bike OR 100 m sprint 12 Power Snatches (75/55#) 9 TTB/GHD (If use GHD only go to parallel)
*Athlete completes a full round before switching* 2. Active Recovery 10:00 run /row or bike
(min. distance 1 mile, max distance 1.5 mi)
ICT.. We will not having having 6 pm class today . Last class will be 5 pm.
