Benchmark: Partner "Cindy"ish Complete as many rounds in 25 minutes as you can of: 6 Pushups 8 Pullups 10 Airsquats

-One athlete comes entire round of triplet while other rests.-

-Goal is absolute max effort/round with Full Range of Motion being paramount

-this wod was tested yesterday, target is 35 rounds combined-

Midline: 5 minutes Coaches Choice

Skill: Use remaining time to get with coach and work on skill of choice, time permitting

ICT

Conditioning: 25 minute Partner Leapfrog AMRAP

12/10 cal row or 100 m sprint

12 BJ (24/20)

12 KBS (53/35)

Midline: Double Tabata
