CrossFit and ICT
1. Conditioning:
In teams of 3 complete 35 minute max cal row
Description:
1 mile run (cash in)-together
INTO
max cal row in remaining time.
-one rower/team
-athlete must row a min of 250 or a max of 500 cals per sitting
-During the REST, athlete must perform 20 reps of any KG or Gymnastic
movement of choice.
- You MUST partner with at least one person you have never, ever partnered with.
-SCORE=total cals/ team
- Both classes will be in the CrossFit gym today. Please be on time-
