Box Brief
Over the next month, we will be having one class (an Open Gym format), every Sunday from 9-1030 AM. There will be a coach on hand, however this class will be Non-Led. We will have an optional WOD posted below that you may do OR please use this time to work on any skill or strength you have missed during the week. We highly encourage you to take your Sunday off (recover andor rest) or put your fitness to nature. However, there has been much interest expressed on opening the gym up so we will, as long as there is continued participation. Gym will close at 1030 giving you time for brunch, boating, or spending time with your family. Happy Sunday and Enjoy!
