1. Conditioning Teams of 2: 400m DB/KB Run (50/35) 125 Pull-Ups 400m DB/KB Run (50/35) 100 Calorie Bike 400m DB/KB Run (50/35) 75 Front Squats (155/105) 400m DB/KB Run (50/35)
-one DB/KB per team. DB or KB can not touch ground during run-
2. Barbell Conditioning.. Optional but recommend if have time. Conditioning 1 however is priority. EMOM x5: 3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Push Jerks (225/155)
ICT.. In CrossFit
