CrossFit and ICT..

1. Team Conditioning 6 total RFT: 500m Row 400m Run

*Run together and, split row after every 250*

2. Stamina Conditioning EMOMx10: Odd: 7 TTB+ 20 DUBS Even: 7 Bar Facing Burpees + 7 TTB

*Sub GHD for t2b if like*

ICT

WOD 1: Class divides into teams of 3: 25 minute AMRAP

14 KBS (53/35)

12 pullups 100 m run

*Athletes move through in order. As soon as one athlete clears the pull-ups , the next can start, no 2 athletes can work same station, "conga style"

Teamwork is the process of working collaboratively with a group of people in order to achieve a goal. We encounter teamwork everyday at work, in athletics, and within our family units. Teamwork requires communication, problem solving, leadership, risk taking, and trust. Flexing our teamwork muscles in the gym on workouts like today prepares us to apply these lessons to every other area of life that you wish to be successful in.
