Gymnastic Skill 8 min EMOM (:40/:20)
ODD: pullups/progressions
EVEN:pushups/progressions
Conditioning: In teams of 2 every 4 minutes complete for 20 minutes (6 sets):
ODD: 400 m run together INTO 40 total DB snatches (50/35).. switch after every 10
EVEN: 500 m row (alternate after every 250 m) INTO 50 total air squats
