1. Conditioning Partner leapfrog AMRAP 18: 15 Box Jump Overs (24/20") 12 bar over burpees 9 Power Cleans (155/105)

2. Bike/Gymnastics/Midline EMOMx15: min 1 : 10/8 cal bike min 2: GHD hip extension :30

min 3: ring dips :30

ICT

Gymnastic Skill 8 min EMOM (:40/:20)

ODD: pullups/progressions

EVEN:pushups/progressions

Conditioning: In teams of 2 every 4 minutes complete for 20 minutes (6 sets):

ODD: 400 m run together INTO 40 total DB snatches (50/35).. switch after every 10

EVEN: 500 m row (alternate after every 250 m) INTO 50 total air squats

Midline: Tabata coaches Choice
