2. Back Squat 79%/5 85%/1 79%/5 87%/1 79%/5 89%/1

ICT

Conditioning: In teams of 2 complete 25 min AMRAP

in leapfrog format:

5 DL (155/105)

7 burpees BJ-over (24/20)

100 m sprint

midline: double tabata
