a)3 Rounds as a team of 200 Meter Run 400 Meter Run 600 Meter Run
OR
B)3 Rounds as a team of 300 Meter Row 500 Meter Row 700 Meter Row
Goal =sub 25 minute
**Athlete A completes 200 m run while Athlete B rests
Athlete B than completes 200 m run while Athlete A rests, etc
one round is completed after Athlete B completes the 600 m run**
Midline: 6 min EMOM (40;/:20)
min 1: Hollow hold
min 2: GHD situps/ abmat situps
min 3: shoulder taps
min 4: hang knee raises
min 5: Prone plank on elbows
min 6: Mountain climbers
