2. Conditioning 4 RFT: 21 Wallballs (20/14) 18 Cal Row 15 Box Jumps (24/20") 12 DB Snatch (50/35)

ICT

Conditioning 1: For time

1 mile run

Conditioning 2: 24 min EMOM

min 1:100 m sprint

min 2: prone plank on rings

min 3: Jump rope

min 4: strict abmat situps
