Cal assault bike/c2 Rower

200 m run

50m Farmers Carry (70/53)

SCORE=total team cals

-no 2 athletes work at same station at once-

2. Skill: 8 minute EMOM (:40/:20)

ODD: athletes choice gymnastic movement

EVEN: athletes choice midline movement

ICT 1.Conditioning:
