2. Conditioning Ascending Ladder for 7 Minutes: 1 Power Clean (155/105), 30 DU 2 Power Cleans (155/105), 30 DU 3 Power Cleans (155/105), 30 DU

Add (1) Power Clean per round

Midline: 3 sets (:30/:30)

min 1:GHD reverse hyper

min 2: hanging knee raises

min 3: HS hold

min 4:hollow hold

ICT

Conditioning:

Tabata 1: Bumper G2OH (45/25)

Tabata 2: Airsquat

tabata 3: BJ (24/20)

Tabata 4: pushup

Tabata 5: strcit abmat situps

-rest 1 minute between station-

Cooldown: 600 m jog at 60%
