Conditioning 2 Rounds: 50 Deadlifts (185/135) 100 Wall Balls (20/14) 100/70 Assault Bike/1000 Meter Row/1000 Meter Run -together
On the deadlifts, we are looking for a weight that athletes could complete 30+ repetitions unbroken when fresh.
