1 Round of “Cindy” is 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Air Squats

**sub in GHD or abmat situps for pushup if participated in fall League and shoulders are super sore**

2. Running On the 0:00 – 800 Meter Run On the 4:00 – 400 Meter Run On the 6:00 – 200 Meter Run
