Thanksgiving Week Schedule:

Saturday: 715 and 830 AM

CrossFit and ICT

1. Conditioning AMRAP 30: Teams of 3: 600 Meter Run (each athlete runs 200m as a relay) 60/42 Calorie row or Bike 60 Thrusters (95/65)

ICT Thruster Sub: 1 arm single KB (53/35) Thrusters

-each effort per athlete should be a full sprint, given the amount of rest you have in this wod-
