1. Conditioning

"Fight Gone Bad Format"

For max total reps complete:

-10 m shuttle sprint. Every time you touch, count as a rep

-Cal row

-Abmat situps

-C2B Pullups

-HSPU

5 rounds, on a running clock, work 1 minute/station with 1 minute rest after 5th station.

2.Cooldown+ midline FOR QUALITY

400 m run INTO

2 sets of:

1 minute bar hang

1 minute Hollow body rock

1 minute prone plank
