1.3.18 Workout of the Day

Due to the intel, just received from the Fire Department and various members from the evening classes tonight, the gym will be CLOSED tomorrow. The bridge to HHI will likely be closed with the expectance of 1-4 inches with black ice as well. SAFTEY FIRST. Again, this is info we just received and may or may not be super accurate but the members, coaches, and I here at 843 agree this is the safest solution.
