1.11.18 Workout of the Day

Gym Kids.

BOX BRIEF: Saturday will be our first day of classes at the new facility, 715 and 830 am classes at 18 Scott Way, Bluffton SC. Friday we will have a full morning class schedule. 530 715 830 and 930. We will have no 1230 and 5 pm classes as we will be moving all equipment over. Friday program is a 5K river run as this will be last time we will run through Old Town and to the May River. All members are encouraged to participate for one last run. Monday we have a full schedule at our new facility.
