1.12.18 Workout of the Day

Today will be the last day of classes at CrossFit 843, 184 Bluffton Road. As a tribute to Old Town Bluffton and the May River, we have programmed a 5K river run.

We look forward to seeing all members turn up for one last run. We will surely miss Old Town and I'm sure we will be missed as well, BUT we can assure you that our new CrossFit 843 home, 18 Scott Way, will provide you all the best possible fitness experience in the Low Country. We thank all of our past and present members for their support over the years in this facility and look forward to having our best year yet.

Class times are 5:30,7:15, 8:30 and 9:30 AM (rain or shine).
