Diloris Food Prep Week 2. Very impressive.
IMPORTANT NEW ADDED CLASS TIMES, NEW ADDED CHILDCARE TIMES, AND CAFE INFO:
Class Times:
Starting today we have moved our CrossFit evening class times Monday-Thursday to 415, 515, and 615 pm. We have also moved our ICT evening class times Monday -Thursday to 515 and 615. On Friday's we will a have 515pm Crossfit and ICT class. On Sunday we have added Open Gym from 12-2pm. All CrossFit 843 classes will start at the same time thus giving you members more options to select either CrossFit or ICT Workout
Childcare:
We provide FREE childcare daily M-F 930-1030 am. We have also added FREE childcare M,W, F at 830 am and M-TH 515-615pm. We hope these added times will give you all more options for classes. There will be no children allowed in the kids room at any other time. Children also aren't allowed in the workout areas during class for safety concerns.
Café:
Louis and Gizelle of HealthyLifestyles 843 will be open daily during all class times. Please feel free to try some free sample smoothies and nutritional supplements all week.
