In 5 minutes complete:

100 Double Under Buy-In, followed by remaining time AMRAP: Round 1: 12 Front Squats (95/65), 4 Burpee Box Jump Overs (30/24) Round 2: 8 Front Squats (115/80), 4 Burpee Box Jump Overs (30/24) Round 3: 4 Front Squats (135/95), 4 Burpee Box Jump Overs (30/24)

SCORE=total team rounds +reps

2. 3 Sets for quality 12 Romanian Deadlifts 12 Dumbbell Rows (Each Side) 1 minute plank

ICT

1. Conditioning

For Max total team reps :

Partner 1 works one full round, Partner 2 rests

In 5 minutes complete:

65/45 cal row Buy-In,

followed by remaining time AMRAP of :

Max Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

-Each partner completes 4 sets-
