BENCHMARK THURSDAY!

CrossFit and ICT “Onesies” Athletes Choose 1 From Each Section:

A)Weightlifting 1RM Deadlift 1RM Bench Press 1RM Back Squat

B)Gymnastics Max Strict Pull-ups Max Weighted Pull-up Max Muscle-ups Max Strict Handstand Push-ups

C)Conditioning 1 Minute Max Calorie Bike 500 Meter Row For Time

-ICT'ers will modify the "A"-

Choose one movement from each section or 1 to 2 movements in total. This is your day to get some real, measurable numbers. You the hour to your discretion.
