Team “Cool Runnings” For Time: 400 Meter Run 42 Front Squats (115/80) 42 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20) 400 Meter Run 30 Front Squats (115/80) 30 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20) 400 Meter Run 18 Front Squats (115/80) 18 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20) 400 Meter Run

-Run together, Partition reps how you like-

-THOSE OPEN ATHLETES, SUB IN DL (185/125) for FRONT SQUAT-

-ICT: KBS or KBSDHP (53/35) with rep scheme 80,60,40-

Goal is sub 25 minutes

Midline: 8 minutes
