ICT

1.Conditioning:

7 sets of :

AMRAP 3

3 KB SDHP (35/20)

4 KB G squat

5 "Open" Burpees

rest 1:30 between rounds

SCORE= total rounds +reps

-start last rounds where you left off-

Midline: 5 minutes

Cooldown: 600 m jog
