2. Conditioning

Team of 2

3 each sets of:

P1 AMRAP 5: 30 x 10 Meter Shuttle Run Buy-In AMRAP in time remaining: 3 Squat Snatches (115/80) 6 Barbell-Facing Burpees

P2 completes above buy in and starts AMRAP where P1 left off.

Score=total team rounds and reps

-Each time hand touches behind line a rep is counted-

3: 600 m jog

1.Skill:DUBS

2. Conditioning

Team of 2

3 each sets of:

P1 AMRAP 5: 50 x 10 Meter Shuttle Run Buy-In AMRAP in time remaining: DB hang C&J (50/35)

P2 completes above buy in and starts AMRAP where P1 left off.

Score=total team rounds and reps

-Each time hand touches behind line a rep is counted-
