Every Minute on the Minute x 10

1 Power Clean + 2 Front Squat + 1 Shoulder to Overhead (NO Thrusters)

Recommendations:

115/75 or 135/95 or 155/105

2. Conditioning Every Minute on the Minute x 24 (6 Rounds): 1st: 12 Thrusters (95/65) 2nd: 12 Chest to Bar Pull-ups 3rd: 200m Run 4th: Rest :-)

ICT

1. Skill: 10 minute EMOM (:30/:30)

Odd: Pullups

Even: : HSPU/ HsHold

2. Conditioning Every Minute on the Minute x 24 (6 Rounds): 1st: 20 DB Alt DB C&J (50/35) 2nd: 15 Pull-ups 3rd: 200m Run 4th: Rest :-)
